Is patient in remission? If tolerating, continue dose from 2-weeks prior 2-weeks prior
Is patient having some improvement?If tolerating, increase to 20 mg daily
Is patient having no improvement? If tolerating, consider increase to 30 mg daily
Week 6
CDP #4
Is patient in remission? If tolerating continue dose from 2-weeks prior
Is there a partial response? If tolerating, continue same dose or consider increase by 10 mg daily
